Elisa Anggraeni starts working as a PhD in the section of Technology, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at Delft University of Technology. She got her bachelor degree in Agroindustrial Technology from Gadjah Mada University (Indonesia) and her master degree in System Engineering and Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology in 2003. Prior to her PhD study, she worked for Bogor Agricultural Technology where she involved in several projects related to management of innovation.
Her interest is in firm strategy and business network to address the issue of managing business networks with respect to firm’s organizational and network-level needs and challenges. Her PhD research deals with the fit between firm’s resources in a network and its strategic orientation and how it impacts firm performance. With the setting of software industry, she investigates the relationship between network structure, firm’s resource, and strategic orientation in influencing firm performance.
